How to begin with losing weight?

If you are looking for losing 5 pounds or even 25 pounds of weight you are on the right site. 🙂 You need to get that sh*t done. With laziness, you aren’t going to achieve what you want (in this case losing weight). This applies to every single aspect of life.

Most important steps

  1. So the first step would be to make goals when losing weight. By this, I mean what is your starting weight and weight you want to be when finished losing weight and write down every week your weight.
  2. The second step would be to make a solid, weekly training plan and stick to that plan and don’t miss training.
  3. Get a better healthy diet. By this I mean don’t dring high caloric drinks like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc., drink more water. Eat more protein and less carbs, but don’t cut the carbs. Stop eating high caloric food and eat more of a high nutrient food like vegetables, eggs, fruit… The food is most important when losing weight.
  4. Get the right sleep pattern. Sleep at least 7 hours per night. Your body needs rest and to recover muscles from training.
